Update from the Pooh Crew!

Good morning everyone,
Suzee & the babies are doing great. We will keep trying to get more pictures. We are going to try some outside in the yard. I am feeding Suzee Evo puppy with some essential oils & she is picking up weight. She is very sweet & all my dogs get along with her. Basically they ignore her. I think Bo would play with her more but you know three’s a crowd with Mattie. You’re not going to break up the Bumpus hounds!! Cathy

Puppies in Transport!

The puppies were in transit to their new foster home today. Denise wrote:

"They were such cuties!! Karen and I enjoyed the handoff as a chance to just cuddle with them. Suzee, the mom, was exhausted and hungry from the day as the pups just hung off of her whether she was standing up or laying down. But she was gorgeous!! and a sweetheart of a girl. The handoff to Cathy in Gurnee went great as she and her niece and nephew were looking forward to a squeeky, whiney ride back home.

Here are photos of the puppies during the transport---and little descriptions by the temp foster mom that took care of them until today:

Male 1 (Christopher Robin)...Liver & white...Very bold and bullyish -this is temp foster mom's favorite :-)

Male 2 (Tigger)...lemon ..with round spot in middle of head you will notice he is the second largest...Bully Jr..however they never bully each other...hmmmm

Male 3 (Pooh) almost all white....VERY SWEET...always wants attention and first to get out of whelping box

Female 1 (Kanga)...Spots on her side...Always sits and observes her surroundings

Female 2 (Roo) Hangs out by her stuffed teddy bear..and hopes no one will pick on her..

First entry into the baby book

This is the first photo of Suzee's puppies shortly after they were born. Suzee's pups will be ready for adoption beginning of April.

They don't come any cuter than this!

Suzee & her Puppies

Suzee is a gorgeous little pointer girl--a teenager yet herself...
but on February 5th she became a proud mommy of 5 beautiful little pointer puppies.
Mom and Puppies were rescued from a St. Louis area shelter.
They are bound for the Chicago area right now and are eagerly awaiting their forever families to come along.
